Welcome to 88malaysia. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 88malaysia online entertainment platform, accessible via the website 88malaysia.win and our mobile app ("Platform").

88malaysia reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify your eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or termination of your account.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 88malaysia Platform at any time. Multiple account registrations — whether using the same name, email address, phone number, IP address, payment method, or device — are strictly prohibited.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keep your account password confidential at all times.
• All activities that occur in your account, whether authorized by you or not.
• Notify 88malaysia immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensure your account information is always up to date and accurate.

88malaysia will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

88malaysia accepts deposits via approved payment methods including FPX, TNG eWallet, GrabPay, ShopeePay, local bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank), and select cryptocurrencies. Available payment methods may change from time to time.

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 for most payment methods.
• Processing time: Deposits are typically credited within 2 minutes.
• All deposits must be made from an account or wallet registered in your own name.
• 88malaysia does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from a third-party source, it will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
• 88malaysia is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name that has completed KYC verification. 88malaysia will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50.
• Processing time: 15 minutes after verification approval.
• Your first withdrawal requires full identity document verification (KYC).
• 88malaysia reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for any withdrawal deemed to require further review.
• Bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals made during an active promotion may be subject to bonus terms compliance review.

88malaysia offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, subject to the specific terms stated in each respective promotional offer.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirement as explicitly stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per user / household / IP address / device, unless otherwise stated.
• 88malaysia reserves the right to void bonuses if there is evidence of abuse, including hedge betting or low-risk wagering strategies intended solely to satisfy wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts.
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirements are met, the associated bonus and winnings will be forfeited.
• 88malaysia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a verifiable technical failure.
• In the event of a technical failure such as a connection drop during a game, 88malaysia will attempt to restore the game state to its condition prior to the disruption based on available system records.
• 88malaysia reserves the right to void bets or game rounds that occurred during a serious technical disruption.
• Sports Betting — results are based on official outcomes released by the relevant sporting body. Bets related to postponed or cancelled matches will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• 88malaysia reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88malaysia platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Fraud and identity impersonation — registering using false information or assuming another person's identity.
• Money laundering — using the Platform to process illegally obtained funds.
• Use of unauthorized software — bots, automated scripts, or any software that manipulates game outcomes.
• Player collusion — colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus abuse — registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses or using strategies solely intended to meet bonus requirements.
• Hedge betting (arbitrage betting) — exploiting odds differences between platforms to guarantee risk-free profits.
• Account sale or transfer — selling, transferring, or giving your account to another party.

88malaysia, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from the use of the Platform, including in-game losses.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages, third-party failures, or natural disasters.
• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Loss of account data or information resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding login credentials.

88malaysia's total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all active bets will be settled and any valid balance will be returned to you after review.

88malaysia reserves the right to suspend or close your account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to provide the requested KYC documentation.
• Requests from relevant authorities.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, 88malaysia reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including bonus funds and pending winnings.

• Daily / weekly / monthly deposit limits — set a limit on how much you can deposit within a given period.
